the close up illustrations are on my instagram here you can find your sign and i will mail you a print!
this was hard work, im so glad to be done with that. i wonder what will inspire me next!
its been a very interesting and productive relocation to New Orleans, Louisiana. the cosmos seem to have set me here for the right reason, if there is even one. i chose to believe there is, ive met a ton of creative and determined individuals here since late March.
its a full moon.. or nearing, the world has been responding to my determination as an artist. new doors have opened, old doors have closed. i even ended up with an amazing team for portculture. it’s breathtaking how we ended up together.
it’s amazing what the power of love can do.
ive become such a new person from this life experience. i would never take it for granted.
im eating donuts and anticipating my new tee shirts this week, really proud of myself. i pulled it off… my art is going to take me across the world.
i am not sure what’s next…
i miss playing yugioh with my friends.
there are a few things i miss but that’s okay.. if you’re reading this before 11 AM July 18th you get to see the start of a new series
im going to bed after eating this last powdered donut.
for breakfast this morning i had Odwalla orange juice, a banana, and a bruise on my thumb from my bike lock being harder to lock each time i use it. biking in downtown New Orleans in the early morning is therapeutic.
im making my way to a new art gallery that’s interested in collecting my work and helping me sell my art.
After Clams Casino shared my artwork I began a series of rad illustrations,
im going to be creating limited edition shirts of each one of these, these will be my first artists shirts made just strictly for the fact that i make art and that i wanted to add a new dimension to my work.. the first will be “the harbinger”
the support lately is almost unbelievable, it really brings me close to tears… i don’t think people understand how thankful i really am..
im creating to survive and to eat and im just trying my best to make it and yes im getting extremely better at what i do but im aiming to be too good for some of the places and people that didn’t really seem to care or value me… that hurts to give your all and then just have your gift be taken for granted or abused..
that’s how i kind of ended up here, but I’m not dwelling on the past I’m focused on the future and becoming one of the greatest artists to walk the earth.
Garrett Russell is one of the reasons why im able to do this, he’s given me hope and has always supported me and my art… i couldn’t thank him enough for being a loving human being… thank you for everything…
Hello friends, family, and loved ones. If you know me by now you will know that im always taking on creative projects, event planning, and working on my art. Well, lately I organized a think tank with several young professionals and we began with wanting to create a hub of information and distribution of news content. The content containing various projects within the social group I became familiar with. Turns out when finding a name, I mentioned the already running project I formed called Portculture and that really stuck with everyone.
so immediately i had to pick back up the hat of director and form tons and tons of goals and somewhat act as a leader.
My dream profession aside from being a professional artist and a booking agent is also to be a leader in a cultural movement playing a direct role in it. I also want to help other artists, musicians, and creative visionaries with developing their own brand, like directly. It’s great to be in the position that I’m in currently, still growing and learning but able to help others on their stride is something I look forward to.
I’m 24. I’m still learning. I am getting the vice grip of business down. I want more than just to make a trend, I want to make something that lasts.
I’m (we’re) lucky to have the team that I (we) do, I’m lucky to live the life that I am living.
